xxxSTAINxxx: No they wouldn't. I have yet to hear a convincing argument as to why people would magically become interested in harder drugs if marijuana became legal. Also, you say "if people are dumb enough." Laws shouldn't be made with dumb people in mind. Wouldn't you feel degraded if the government automatically assumed that you were an idiot? No, laws should be for smart people.

people already do that anyways, making weed legal isnt going to have an affect on that behaviour. In the parts of the world were it is legal drugs arent a problem.
