Really......when the evidence at the end of the trial gets a guilty verdict what is that? When that evidence is not the reason for the decision being overturned and that evidence is not disputed, what is that? When a lawyer can scream unfair because some of that evidence is shown on TV prior to trial what is that....a damn outrageous crass stupid decision whereby the judiciary is saying to the CIA do what you want, if it gets pushed to trial we will make sure it gets dropped

You are deserving of sympathy alone. Evidence is not proof, especially if it doesn't stand up in court. We call that a "trial". That's how things work in America.

Why don't you say'playing on words'again...A conviction is a conviction, it wasn't overturned through any fault of the investigators, the evidence was good and the TV coverage allegedly ruined his chances of a fair trial. All the US knew he was guilty as hell and some smartarse lawyer made sure that justice was not seen to be done, no lies or manipulation there. I deal in facts and know the law....an ex detective buddy...He was without doubt guilty as charged, just not charged with enough.

North is a convicted felon which was overturned on appeal only due to televised coverage of the FACTS..how is that deceptive or lies...he received proation and a suspended prison sentence which was served prior to his appeal...fact. So quit griping you fool, the world knows the link between the CIA, arms supply and drugs in Nicaragua, if your legal system allows this to happen you should be asking questions of your govt not slating me.
