Far more important to appreciate the music and what it's proclaiming.

If you watch from 2:20-2:50, you will see top-left Steven Mockel whose voice as a soloist was one of the warmest, most solid and pleasing that I have heard. This video was recorded in the early 1990s. Steven now is Concert Master in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is perfection: the music itself and this performance. There is no attempt here to add any personal touch, but a completely honest and earnest reading. It is perfect.

Cojus latus perforatum unda fluxit et sanguine.
Esto nobis preagustatum in mortis examine.

I assume this is with the Vienna Boy's Choir. Amazing how people list the conductor's name, but give absolutely no credit for the performers. |
