Brilliant. Back when Sesame Street was FUNNY and the makers didn't think, "Hmm... if we produce this skit, children will go to libraries and talk loudly and ask for cookies. Better not." Seriously, give children's intelligence a little respect- it's not like anybody longs to be like Cookie Monster, he's not a role model... put the lettuce or carrot sticks or whatever they're feeding him these days on the shelf and stuff his furry blue face full of cookies once again.
