Thanks for your comments about our films. But the problem is not simply: 'Evangelical/Pentecostal pasteurs are cruel and bad'. The roots are more complex and lie in the personal, moral and spiritual vacuum that a long war brings and leaves. There are countless fractured lives in DRC, broken families and people. Add a shattered economy, mass poverty, poor education, indigenous superstition, opportunistic demagogues and vulnerable, impressionistic kids and you may get this? Mike & Angela

NO. ignorance corrupts Mankind. Ignorance in the Faith can cause death to others and yourself. Meaning, this was an ignorant act on the part of the ones claiming to be Christians to cause someone else suffering and harm. This is not the way we are supposed to disciple to the world.

These are imposters, not Christians. Someone needs to really read the Gospel. (Bible) We do not kill or harm others. People doing these things in the name of Jesus will have a price to pay if they don't wise up before the time.

these are not real Christians. This is not the way Christ intended for anyone calling themselves a christian to conduct themselves. We are not allowed to harm or take one's life into our own hands. I am a Christian, but I do not associate myself with imposters of my faith.

Anyone who confesses to be a Christian does not take someone's life into his own hands. YOU are not associated to Christ if you do! Jesus drove the demons out of persons but he did not kill or Abuse the persons that he drove the demons out of. People who kill in the name of God, will get payment from God for what they have done if they do not learn His way of truth and love. I am Christian, and I do not support abusing or harming another human being for whatever reason. SHAMEFUL! |
