Thanks for posting these. Studio vs Live? I vote LIVE. No Quarter from 7 to 40 minutes, improvisation or variations on a glorious theme! Imagine playing the same thing in the same way 5,000 times - would destroy those creative minds. Had to be 'get the bit they want out of the way, then show what we want'. Nothing ever did or will compare - studio or live. Get some bootlegs, hear the 3+hour shows complete. Your admiration will multiply.

I love when Jimmy Page and Robert Plant (at the end of this vid) improvise, imitating each others sounds they make! Either if it's Jimmy imitating or Robert imitating, they're so good (and funny, but musically great)!
