yeah i've heard that alot, but i thought rashionaly about it. how can it possibly be? its only as bad as 20 cigs worth, if you put 20 cigs in it. if you put 5 cigs worth in it. its as bad as 5 cigs.

If it makes you feel sick then you are not too weak, the sickness or dizzy feeling in your head is 'nicotine rush'. Basically the nicotine in the tobacco rushes to your head, some people have a lower tolerance of it than others, or you're inhaling too much :)
